In Insoft Online, we have developed custom interfaces for employees inside the kitchen to easily deal with organize and follow up on their requests. These interfaces were automatically linked to screens placed within the restaurant to show the expected period for the order to be ready. It also contains a notification system to alert customers. Also this system is linked with a website that is accessed by scanning the QR code on the table through their phones so that they can view the menu and place their orders directly from their tables.
The customer can scan the code on the table with their mobile to be able to order. And the order interface assigned to his table will show up, and the customer chooses his orders by pressing the + button for the product and then specifying the required quantity, then they can press the add to cart button to be added.
They can review and modify the order by clicking on the word “Basket” below. From here they can increase or decrease the quantity of the product or delete it. When the order is confirmed, press the order button so the order can go to the kitchen.
The site can be translated into German by pressing the DE button at the top.
Then the order appears under ”stehtaus” box in the customers display.
At the same time, the order goes to the kitchen. And it appears in the (Received Orders) box.
When you start preparing the order, the order goes to the (under preparation) box on the screen of the customer and the kitchen.
The restaurant can add five minutes to all orders. You can do this by pressing this button
Upon completion of the preparation of the order, it goes to the (prepared) box at the customer and the (prepared) box in the kitchen. The system beeps at the customers screen to alert them that one of the orders is ready to receive.
Point of sale and billing:
When the customer makes the order even before the kitchen approves the order, a copy of this order will go to the point of sale system as well. In the sales system, the seller can create an invoice for the new order.
